An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our People Team in Norwich as a People Services Advisor. This role is perfect for someone with HR administration or coordination experience who is ready to broaden their responsibilities, gain hands-on experience in employee relations, and develop as a HR Advisor within a supportive, collaborative team.
Key duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Support the People Leads and managers with day-to-day employee relations activity, including grievance, disciplinary, performance, attendance, probation and flexible working matters. This will involve coordinating and completing case-related administration, gathering information, supporting investigations, attending meetings to take notes, and preparing follow-up documentation.
- Support and take the lead on projects as part of the overall People strategy.
- Support People Leads in delivering HR consultancy services to clients across key people practices, such as disciplinary grievance, sickness absence, redundancy, TUPE, contracts of employment, staff handbook β policies and procedures, family friendly procedures and working time legislation.
- Support with document control by maintaining and periodically reviewing policies, procedures and templates, including internal documents and external consultancy templates.
