About Kings Hill Care Home

Kings Hill Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built care facility set in one of Kent's most thoughtfully designed modern villages. Opening in Spring 2026, the home has been created from the ground up to support 78 residents with a wide range of needs, including residential, dementia, nursing and respite care. Situated in the heart of Kings Hill, a thriving community known for its green spaces, safe walkways and strong neighbourhood spirit, the home will be woven into village life. Light, bright and welcoming, the building has been designed to maximise natural light and views of the beautifully landscaped gardens.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll lead our hospitality team to create smooth, efficient dining experiences for residents.
  • This includes managing dining room preparation, ensuring timely meal service, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
  • Deliver high standards of hospitality service and support visitors.
  • Communicate resident requirements to the Chef.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures.
  • Complete all required records, reports and HACCP paperwork.
  • Manage, allocate duties and supervise the hospitality team.
  • Coach staff and participate in their ongoing development.
  • Participate in activities organised in the home.

Skills and experience required

  • Dining or Restaurant Supervisor experience is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with other members of the team is essential.
  • Participation in activities organised in the Home is essential.
