We are looking for an analytical and organised Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based at our Support Office in Newcastle under Lyme.
In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop dashboards, reports, and analysis that drive performance, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Transform general and marketing data into action plans providing valuable actionable insight.
- Create customer data models by connecting CRM, website, campaign, and engagement data.
- Assist, develop, design, and analyze multi-touch point attribution models to identify which campaigns and channels generate the highest quality leads.
- Carry out and provide deep-dive analysis on customer journey patterns, enquiry sources, and develop lead-scoring models to predict likelihood of conversion.
- Build, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility of enquiries, conversions, and ROI.
- Use and develop forecasting techniques to support occupancy planning and campaign timing.
- Analyze and track competitor marketing activity, pricing strategies, and share of search.
- Develop and provide regular competitor benchmarking reports covering digital visibility, campaign activity, and messaging trends.
- Identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities at both local and national level to inform marketing and business strategy.
- Feed insights into campaign planning, creative positioning, and leadership decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the business.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, attribution modelling, segmentation, and forecasting.
- Strong skills and experience in data analysis using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Demonstrable experience of being commercially minded with a focus on ROI and business outcomes.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively, with a track record of working across teams.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital campaign performance tracking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or other BI Products.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Sugar CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of attribution modelling, segmentation, and forecasting techniques.
- Experience in using, developing, and understanding AI-driven tools for customer engagement and analytics.
