The home provides the highest standards of safety, comfort and care to 72 residents who have a variety of care needs.
We offer residential, nursing and dementia care.
We invest in the latest technology and offer a purposeful programme of daily activity and gentle exercise to enhance the experience, care and wellbeing of our residents.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver hands-on care to residents in a person-centred way
- Support residents to enjoy a good quality of life
- Assist residents with their physical, emotional and spiritual care needs in line with agreed care plans
- Contribute to daily records of residents
- Work effectively as part of the team
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in your care
What We're Looking For
- Experience at Care Assistant level in a care environment is preferable
- Care certificate or equivalent, or willingness to achieve this in the first 12 months
- Good care practice knowledge relating to the care of older people
- Sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care and how they underpin care delivery
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-motivation and confidence
