Hybrid – 3 days in the office. You must be able to carry out the commute to the above location. This six month contract starts ASAP and offers a day rate of £194.80 (including holiday pay) if working via our PAYE payroll, or we can also offer payroll via an approved Umbrella Company at £231.00 per day. We are working with a leading international petrochemical company who are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to provide PA and project support for three senior leaders.
On a day to day basis you’ll be involved with:
- PA support - Providing PA support to 3 executives – Coordinating and managing calendars, including coordinating meetings, and global travel logistics – including visas, itineraries etc. Processing expenses Scheduling and tracking outcomes Assisting with onboarding and induction of new team members.
- Project support - Coordinate daily stand-ups as part of our ongoing transformations, managing project meeting attendance, preparing and distributing pre-read materials, tracking actions when required and circulating meeting minutes to ensure follow-through and accountability. Support the coordination of team activities, including team meetings, workshops and planning sessions, ensuring logistics, materials and communications are in place.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in project coordination, team coordination or providing senior administrative support.
- Previously worked ideally within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Proficient in using Outlook and SAP Concur.
- Understanding of MS Copilot, Word and PowerPoint.
