We are working with a charity that provides housing solutions to the elderly and they are looking for someone to provide central administrative support for six sites. This is a part-time, maternity cover position working 19.5 hours per week for 15 months, starting July 2026. Hours can be spread over three or four days per week, but you will need to work from their office each day, which is within walking distance of Bank, Moorgate, Cannon Street and Liverpool Street stations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the administrative process for resident applications
  • Coordinating interviews of prospective tenants
  • Completing resident screening and checks for onboarding
  • Preparing tenancy paperwork
  • Working closely with Finance around rent, items that are charged on to residents (e.g. TV Licence), invoicing, rent arrears etc.
  • Completing leavers and voids
  • Assisting with management reporting and auditing
  • Ensuring the charity’s standards and processes are followed at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ideally previous experience in a housing support role (or similar)
  • A collaborative style of working
