Location – Canary Wharf, 4 days a week in the office

Length – 12 months (temporary)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Oil Traders and Technology teams. You will join the project’s Tech Team, delivering features that surface arbitrage and blending opportunities for our trading and blending community.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage traders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
  • Elicit and define clear business and data requirements
  • Lead workshops and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with tech teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Support service delivery and continuous improvements

What we are looking for:

  • Oil Trading experience (Front Office preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Power BI, and Visio
  • Experience with data analysis and process mapping
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
