Location: Bristol (Vantage Park Office). Pay: £14 per hour. Contract: Temporary (6 months, with potential to go permanent). Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (office-based).

We are seeking a confident and professional Senior Corporate Receptionist & Office Coordinator to lead Front of House services and support day-to-day facilities and property management at a busy corporate office in Bristol. You will be the on-site lead for reception and a key point of contact for facilities services, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-managed workplace. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will oversee reception operations, coordinate contractors, support compliance activities, and manage incidents and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver a high-quality Front of House service
  • Act as day-to-day site lead for facilities and property services
  • Support building compliance, health & safety, fire safety, and incident response
  • Manage visitor access, physical security, and access control procedures
  • Coordinate contractors, helpdesk requests, and service delivery against SLAs
  • Lead fire marshal duties, PEEPs, evacuations, and first aid coordination
  • Oversee meeting room standards and on-site event setup
  • Support sustainability initiatives and property projects
  • Act as a professional ambassador for Front of House and Property services
About You
  • Proven experience in corporate receptionist role supervising a team (essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders, including challenging situations
  • Professional, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in corporate reception, facilities/property management, or team supervision is desirable but not essential
  • Good IT skills are an advantage
