Overview Location: Glasgow On-site Temporary Assignment: 31st October 2026 Hours: 35 hours on a rota basis, weekend availabilty required £13.45 per hour Immediate start Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Temporary Retail Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy Glasgow store. Working alongside an established Shop Manager and dedicated volunteer team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high retail standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional standards with customers, volunteers, and colleagues. Assist with sorting, organising, pricing, and displaying donated items. Replenish stock and ensure the shop floor remains clean, well-presented, and fully stocked. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments. Act as a reliable point of contact for the volunteer team. Support rota management and help ensure adequate volunteer and staff cover. Provide administrative support to the Shop Manager as required. Contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. Key Skills
