Temporary Recruitment Resourcing Specialist - French SpeakingDuration: Until August 2027Work Type: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Newcastle)Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial trainingRate: £150.60 + holiday payWe are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join a growing recruitment and resourcing team.
Our client is a well-established global organisation with a strong international presence and a growing European team. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to support their recruitment activity across France and help identify and engage high-quality talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
Review CVs and conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' skills, experience and language capabilities.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.Provide candidate summaries and recommendations to recruitment teams. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Track sourcing activity and contribute to recruitment reporting and improvements.
About YouFluent French and EnglishPrevious experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or salesStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
