An established private property company is seeking a Receptionist to manage the front desk of a commercial office building in the West End. This role is all about creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for everyone entering the building
- Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and visitor sign-ins
- Provide day-to-day support to the building management team
- Offer a concierge-style service where needed
- Coordinate deliveries, post, and general reception duties
- Ensure the reception area is always well-presented and inviting
About You
- Background in reception, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner
- Organised and capable of handling a varied workload
- Takes initiative and enjoys being hands-on
- Professional, dependable, and detail-focused
