We're recruiting for a Temporary HR Administration Assistant to join a highly respected global organisation. Supporting the Freelance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the administration of freelancer engagements across the UK business, working closely with HR, Finance and Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process freelance documentation and contractual documents on behalf of the business including, but not limited to; ensuring engagement form from the business is accurate and complete, completing freelancer contracts based on the engagement form and completing the HMRC CEST test.
- Send freelance documents for signing (to the freelancer and engaging business sponsor).
- Send Status Determination Statements and New Supplier form link to freelancers.
- Monitor the Freelance Registration inbox for signed documentation.
- Create freelancer records in Focal Point and upload documentation.
- Work collaboratively with HR (for authorization), Finance (for invoicing) to ensure documentation is thoroughly checked and correct before the start of the work.
- Re-directing or resolving queries as directed.
- Administration using primarily FocalPoint, Sharepoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Other responsibilities as reasonably required.
