Temporary Part Time Customer Service Supervisor - Manchester
Location: Manchester
Pay: £17.43 per hour plus holiday pay
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 23.5 hours
Tuesday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm
Saturday's: 8am - 4pm
Requirement: Valid DBS Certificate

Available immediately? Looking for a part-time role where you will lead the day-to-day operations of a contact centre, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, and the achievement of operational targets. You'll support continuous improvement initiatives while helping to create a positive and collaborative working environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver high-quality service
Acting as an escalation point for complex customer and application queries
Monitoring performance and supporting the achievement of service and quality targets
Conducting one-to-ones, appraisals, and regular team meetings
Handling customer escalations professionally and effectively
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
Experience coaching and developing staff to improve performance and quality
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems
A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach with the ability to perform under pressure
A valid DBS certificate is required as part of the screening process.
