My client are a growing AI organisation who are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their team.

As part of a close-knit operations team, you\’ll work directly with the Operations Manager to deliver on critical internal projects and client-facing initiatives that their mission. The successful person will play a key part in connecting people, processes, and progress, ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence.

What You\’ll Do

• Recruitment Execution : Central liaison between external suppliers, and candidates to maintain operational continuity and process integrity.
• Candidate Review : Review and Triage candidates ensuring a healthy flow of candidates are loaded on to our recruitment pipeline
• Process Optimisation : Direct oversight of the recruitment pipeline using current technology; interface with internal labs to evaluate and improve procedural efficiency.
