Currently recruiting for an Operations Co-ordinator to join a growing children's activities business organisation in a broad operational role, working closely with the Directors and making a tangible impact on the continued growth of the business. This is a broad and varied role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, administration and people processes that keep the business running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and improving the way a growing organisation operates. Working in a small and cohesive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, systems, processes and administration.
- Manage HR administration including contracts, employee records, onboarding, compliance and payroll information.
- Support recruitment from advertising and candidate screening through to interviews, references and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with schools, parents and staff, responding to enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Manage bookings, invoicing, payment reconciliation and general financial administration.
- Coordinate stock, equipment, resources and logistics across services, camps and events.
- Support the Directors with partnerships, business development, marketing and growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and operational efficiency.
