Fast-paced, varied and ever-changing, you'll become the person the CEO relies on to keep everything organised, on track and moving forward. The Role Whilst providing seamless support across both business and personal priorities, you'll also play a key role across the wider business, supporting project coordination, supplier and property administration, communications, research, office organisation and business improvement initiatives. Complex diary, inbox and calendar management Protecting the CEO's time by managing competing priorities and acting as gatekeeper Preparing presentations, briefing papers and meeting documentation Coordinating meetings, agendas and action points Booking UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
