Our client, a global trading organisation based in Victoria, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Communications Administrator to support the day-to-day communications activity across the team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, eager to support a fast-paced communications function. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and company updates.
  • Support the delivery of content across social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and printed marketing materials.
  • Design marketing collateral using Canva, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice, carrying out proofreading and quality checks prior to publication.
  • Schedule and monitor social media activity across relevant channels.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, supporting email marketing campaigns through to list management and template creation.
  • Administrative and diary management support to the team.
