About the Role
This is a customer-focused sales role where you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking guidance with probate and estate administration. You will be trusted to manage customer conversations with flexibility and authenticity, supported by training, technology and a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers following a bereavement via phone, email and online communication channels.
- Conduct consultations, explain service options clearly and provide quotations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets relating to customer engagement, conversion and satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate, confidential customer records and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or another target-driven, customer-facing role.
- Commercially aware and motivated to achieve performance targets while always acting in the customer's best interests.
- Confident using CRM systems and other business technology.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
