What you will be doing:
- Providing expert guidance and coaching to managers on employment law and people policies, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures, and equality matters
- Supporting fair, consistent, and legally compliant decision-making across the business
- Identifying employment law risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategies
- Coaching managers on best practice and employment law processes
- Monitoring case trends and using data insights to drive improvements and compliance
- Supporting the wider HR team with Employee Relations administration and processes
- Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and HR best practice
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations-focused role
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Experience in retail or hospitality environments is advantageous
