My client are a world-renowned sporting organisation who are looking for an interim ER Advisor to work within their dynamic and thriving HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ER professional to join a busy, vibrant and fast-paced organisation to add real value!
ASAP Start 2 - 3 Months £27.00 - £29.00 per hour 4 days Office Based / 1 WFH Flexibility with hours.
What you will be doing:
- Providing expert guidance and coaching to managers on employment law and people policies, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures, and equality matters.
- Supporting fair, consistent, and legally compliant decision-making across the business.
- Identifying employment law risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coaching managers on best practice and employment law processes.
- Monitoring case trends and using data insights to drive improvements and compliance.
- Supporting the wider HR team with Employee Relations administration and processes.
- Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and HR best practice.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations-focused role.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law.
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
