You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, using Salesforce and Excel to manage queries, maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to prevent recurring issues.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of AI-assisted query resolution tools , helping to shape more efficient ways of working.
