Our client is a well-established leader in the precious metals and foreign exchange market, with over 20 years' experience in the gold bullion industry. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to join their fantastic team in London.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our online orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched accurately and securely. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a structured environment, and understands the importance of precision when handling high-value items. You will work closely with the operations and customer service teams to make sure every order leaves our premises correctly packed, on time, and to our clients' high standards.

A day in the life:

  • Accurately picking and packing online orders for dispatch
  • Ensuring all items are packed securely and in line with company procedures
  • Checking orders carefully to ensure correctness before shipment
  • Labelling parcels and preparing orders for courier collection
  • Maintaining a clean, organised packing and storage area
