Our trusted client is seeking a detail-oriented temporary Legal Operations Assistant to join their vibrant office! This role will involve reviewing legal documents and ensuring they reflect the needs of the customer. This company is a fast-growing start up located in an idyllic location south of the river Thames. The successful candidate will be able to manage high volumes of work and work efficiently and proactively.

Start date: Immediate availability required

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

Closest stations: London Bridge/Waterloo/Southwark

Working Model: On-site, 5 days

Contract: Temporary, 3 months

Pay Rate: £115.38

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise detailed legal knowledge to review documents submitted via the online platform, ensuring they meet the relevant requirements.
  • Provide feedback to clients and verify that the content aligns with the desired preferences.
  • Identify and correct errors and ensure documents comply with regulations.
  • Review LPAs, liaising with customers to accurately register the details.
  • Follow up with customers regarding the status of their case and confirm if any further action is required.
  • Identify any legal discrepancies or special circumstances and raise for review with an internal solicitor.

Key Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, in a corporate environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to expand on complex legal language.
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines, while upholding industry standards.
  • A calm and patient demeanour when liaising with clients and customers.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and the protection of customer data.
