Location: Belfast (office based)

Pay: £13.50 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 on a Rotational Basis 8am-4:30pm with a one hour lunch break

Requirement: Valid DBS required

Start: Immediate availability needed

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day processing of visa applications & renewals. This will include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Supporting completion and checking of applications
  • Obtaining biometric data and other documentation
  • Following an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system

It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.

A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.

  • Greeting and assisting customers throughout the application process
  • Supporting applicants with completing and checking forms
  • Collecting biometric data and required documentation
  • Following structured administrative and filing procedures
  • Using a computer-based system to guide workflow
  • Handling customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and confidence
