Role Overview
As a Logistics Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Schedule and Location
- Variable working days on rotation: 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday
- Variable hours on rotation: 8:00 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 18:00
- Hybrid working pattern
- Location: London Bridge – 5‑minute walk from Borough station, 10‑minute walk from London Bridge station
Pay: £25,500 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily coordination between warehouse teams, drivers, and customer service
- Monitor live operations and flag issues proactively
- Update internal systems with accurate item statuses and operational notes
- Review photos, item details, and warehouse checks to ensure accuracy
- Support exception handling (damages, missing items, incorrect dimensions, etc.)
- Help maintain high operational standards across all partners
