Welcome to Love's. As a Deli Host, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem. We will teach you.
Job Functions:
- General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
- Assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
- Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
