We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor Assistant. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive experience of pupils during lunchtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils in the dining hall and outdoor play areas to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Support the smooth running of lunchtime routines, including managing queues and seating arrangements.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage respectful interactions between pupils.
- Help maintain a clean and safe dining environment, including clearing spills and tidying tables.
- Support children in developing independence and good social skills during lunchtime.
- Respond to minor first aid needs and report any concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Supervise children indoors during wet weather as required.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies at all times.
- Work flexibly as part of the wider school team.
