Oundle School is seeking a skilled and experienced Billing & Debt Administrator to become part of its high‑performing Finance Team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient management of the School’s fee billing process, including termly invoice production, parent queries, reporting and debt management.
  • Act as the central point of expertise on behalf of the Bursary for all School fee invoicing, extras and payment handling, while providing excellent customer service at all times.

Working Arrangements

  • Start date: 1 September 2026
  • Contract length: 52 weeks
  • Hours: 20 hours per week, part‑time on a job‑share basis. Monday‑Friday 1 pm‑5 pm or 1:30 pm‑5:30 pm (specific hours can be discussed at the interview stage).
  • Salary: £15,683 actual (£31,366 FTE)

Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
