We're
seeking an ambitious
Senior Project Manager
to lead the successful delivery of multiple high-value planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the Midlands.

Reporting to the Operations Director,
you'll
be responsible for
driving operational excellence across several contracts, managing large multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll
build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while championing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

We're
looking for someone with proven experience in planned maintenance, refurbishment, and construction project delivery, coupled with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a thorough understanding of health and safety, CDM compliance, and quality management.

Knowledge of high-rise projects, fire safety, and resident liaison is highly desirable.
