Job Description Permanent - Full Time – 37.5 Hours The Lovell IT team is seeking an IT Project Manager to join them and play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives within Lovell. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful and growing organisation with evolving IT requirements and an ambitious change agenda. The successful candidate will lead projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to live implementation. In addition, you will support the transition, adoption, and early-life support phases—ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated, projects comply with agreed governance and standards, and a robust service transition process is maintained throughout. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management capabilities, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to agreed timelines. You will have proven experience in project management, with the ability to deliver projects across the full lifecycle from initiation through to implementation. Experience in business analysis is important, with the ability to gather, interpret and translate business requirements into effective solutions. You will also have an understanding of test management processes to support successful delivery and validation of outcomes. Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and/or Agile frameworks, is required.
