An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Site Manager to join a dynamic Partnership team in Nottingham. Working closely with a wider delivery team and responsible to the Contracts Manager, the position will deliver a first-class quality product whilst operating in occupied properties and therefore excellent customer satisfaction is a major objective. You’ll deliver the project on time, to the required quality standards and within budget.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes. You'll have excellent knowledge of internal and external programmes, be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and IT skills. You will be able to demonstrate robust and pro-active health, safety and environmental performance and be able to manage our supply chain, ensuring that the necessary processes are adhered to. You will be a confident individual who can take ownership of your work.
