We have an exciting opportunity for two positive, sales-driven, self-motivated, and committed people to join our team – someone to support the existing sales team in the sale of our beautiful new homes in Hessle, East Yorkshire and Bolsover, Derbyshire.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with sales enquiries
- Maintaining the CRM Sales and Prospect workbench
- Proactively identifying and achieving sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process
- Preparing reports as required
- Managing clients from their initial enquiry through the sales process to legal completion
As our Sales Executive, you will have experience in a customer facing sales role, ideally selling new build homes. You will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales and providing excellent customer service, comfortable working under your own initiative. You will work with our customers sensitively and patiently in order to develop trusting relationships which support the whole customer journey and 5 * experience in purchasing their new home. Having your own transport and a full driving licence is essential.
