We are seeking a forward-thinking Regional Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of mixed-tenure and partnership-led housing schemes. As an integral part of the regional commercial leadership team, you will help shape commercial strategy, provide hands-on oversight across key projects, and support the continued growth of a high-performing, collaborative commercial function. Your influence will help ensure robust commercial governance, strong financial performance and successful project delivery across the region.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors, supporting them to deliver accurate cost control, financial reporting, subcontractor management, risk identification, valuation processes and effective contractual administration. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping regional performance and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
