We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our North East team in Houghton Le Spring. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Quantity Surveying department, ensuring that the company’s contractual and financial interests are best served. You will be required to prepare financial reports and have knowledge and understanding of claims and dispute resolution. You will oversee the project reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate composition of trading results, and contributing to the presentation of Management accounts and forecasts by the region.

We'd like our Managing Quantity Surveyor to have previous experience in a similar role and have a proven track record and experience in contracting. You will need to be able to manage the surveying department and be comfortable with recruiting, training, and developing all levels of the commercial team.
