We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the successful delivery of new homes sales, ensuring targets are met while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in managing the full sales journey, from enquiry through to legal completion.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage and convert sales leads using effective selling techniques, maintain accurate CRM records, and proactively monitor market conditions and competitor activity. You’ll work closely with internal teams, solicitors, and financial advisors to keep sales progressing smoothly and efficiently.
With strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, you’ll build lasting relationships with customers while delivering high standards of service and compliance.
