You'll organise resident engagement activities, manage customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and help achieve industry-leading satisfaction levels .
We're seeking a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, customer care experience, and a passion for building positive relationships. Knowledge of housing refurbishment, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous .
