As our Land Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating and securing development opportunities that support our ambitious business growth plans.
Reporting to the Land & Partnerships Director, you will contribute directly to the successful acquisition of residential development sites while working collaboratively with Sales, Technical, Estimating and Business Development teams to maximise value from every opportunity. Maintaining a strong presence across the property and development community, you will build effective relationships with local authorities, agents and landowners to uncover new land leads.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all bids are robust, compliant and aligned with technical, commercial and sales expectations.
