We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join our team in Barnstaple. Reporting to the Site Management Team, you will assist with general site duties and help maintain a safe, well-organised, and presentable working environment.
The role includes:
- Supporting site security
- Coordinating daily activities with the Site Manager and subcontractors
- Assisting with deliveries and material storage
- Helping to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Supporting waste control, site accommodation, and compound presentation
- Undertaking daily tasks as directed by site management
Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. You will be expected to follow company policies, particularly in relation to health, safety, welfare, and equality, and to interact with colleagues and partners in a professional and cooperative manner.
