We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join our team in Barnstaple. Reporting to the Site Management Team, you will assist with general site duties and help maintain a safe, well-organised, and presentable working environment.

The role includes:

  • Supporting site security
  • Coordinating daily activities with the Site Manager and subcontractors
  • Assisting with deliveries and material storage
  • Helping to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Supporting waste control, site accommodation, and compound presentation
  • Undertaking daily tasks as directed by site management

Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
