We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Technical to join our North East region to lead our technical and design function—ensuring developments progress seamlessly from concept to site delivery. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, this role is central to ensuring that schemes progress efficiently from the estimating and design stages through to a successful physical start on site.

You will oversee the entire technical lifecycle, ensuring that design information is accurate, compliant, and delivered in line with programme expectations. You will be responsible for driving the technical strategy for each development, ensuring that projects move forward in a timely manner while meeting all pre‑start requirements.
