We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join our team in Barnstaple. Reporting to the Site Management Team, you will assist with general site duties and help maintain a safe, well-organised, and presentable working environment.

The role includes supporting site security, coordinating daily activities with the Site Manager and subcontractors, assisting with deliveries and material storage, and helping to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. You will also support waste control, site accommodation and compound presentation, and undertake daily tasks as directed by site management.

Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. You will be expected to follow company policies, particularly in relation to health, safety, welfare, and equality, and to interact with colleagues and partners in a professional and cooperative manner.
