We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Build Manager to join our team as a strong operational lead in Lovell's East Midlands region and shape the way in which we deliver programmes to ensure success.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for all on-site activities for a number of New Build developments within the region. Ensuring that site expenditure remains in budget and company procedures are adhered to, you will monitor site production levels and take necessary steps to ensure programmes are met and the customer journey is positive across all projects.
You will motivate Site Teams, review staff levels, and recruit new members of staff when required, consistently motivating teams to deliver results and undertaking annual and interim Performance and Development Reviews, ensuring open and honest communication.
You will have experience of housebuilding in new build developments, managing quality, programming, budgets, people, and all targets set to achieve the region's forecast. A sound working knowledge of current building regulations, NHBC standards, and health, safety, and environmental legislation is essential. We also ask that you have knowledge of road and sewer construction.
IT literate with strong management and communication skills, you will be knowledgeable on good trade practice.
