Permanent - Full Time β 37.5 Hours An exciting opportunity has arisen within our East Midlands business for an Administrator to join our regional team, based at our Derby office.
Working as part of the regional team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the construction, sales and administration functions, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing reports, coordinating meetings and supporting a variety of business administration activities.
Your role will be key in ensuring regional processes run efficiently, supporting internal teams and contributing to the successful delivery of our developments.
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
You will be confident managing multiple priorities, producing accurate reports and maintaining business records, whilst building positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point, and ideally have experience working with internal databases or business systems.
Above all, you will be a flexible team player with a professional, customer-focused approach and a willingness to support a wide range of regional activities.
