We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our South West team covering Exeter to Weymouth. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day financial management, cost control, and reporting of one or more developments, from award through to completion. This includes agreement of client and subcontractor final accounts, recovery and release of all retentions, and completion of all project close‑out and archive documentation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quantity surveying within the social housing refurbishment sector, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong understanding of contract law and cost control processes. If you are commercially astute, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
