We have a fantastic opportunity for Assistant Site Managers (New Build) to join Lovell’s North East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager to ensure construction is completed safely, to specification, within agreed timescales and cost parameters as well as to Lovell quality standards.
- Achievement of the Perfect Delivery Cornerstones
- Production and programme
- Quality control
- Cost control
- Site presentation
- Material delivery and control
- Liaison with external agencies
- Health, Safety and environment
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification and previous experience within the industry.
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and building legislation, especially NHBC requirements.
- Experience of working within a trade background.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Understanding of good customer service skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
