We have a fantastic opportunity for Assistant Site Managers (New Build) to join Lovell’s North East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager to ensure construction is completed safely, to specification, within agreed timescales and cost parameters as well as to Lovell quality standards.
  • Achievement of the Perfect Delivery Cornerstones
  • Production and programme
  • Quality control
  • Cost control
  • Site presentation
  • Material delivery and control
  • Liaison with external agencies
  • Health, Safety and environment

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification and previous experience within the industry.
  • Up to date knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and building legislation, especially NHBC requirements.
  • Experience of working within a trade background.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of good customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
