An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Refurbishment business for an Assistant Site Manager to join a dynamic Partnership team based in Leeds. Working closely with a wider delivery team and responsible to the Site Manager, the role delivers a first-class quality product whilst operating in occupied properties with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
As our Assistant Site Manager – Refurbishment, you will assist the Site Manager in delivering a stream of works including kitchens, bathrooms and rewire installations within a social housing refurbishment environment for Leeds City Council.
Responsibilities- Assist the Site Manager in delivering refurbishment projects (kitchens, bathrooms, electrical rewires) in occupied social housing properties.
- Collaborate with a wider delivery team to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Work within health and safety requirements and building legislation; demonstrate safe working practices on site.
- Communicate effectively with residents, teams and stakeholders; use IT systems to support project delivery.
- Experience at Assistant Site Manager level with a desire to progress your career.
- Knowledge of internal and external programmes; strong communicator with excellent customer service and IT skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and building legislation; experience in a trade background.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
