We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Exeter. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of the Quantity Surveying department, ensuring that the company’s contractual and financial interests are best served.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports and provide knowledge of claims and dispute resolution.
  • Oversee the project reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate composition of trading results.
  • Contribute to the presentation of Management accounts and forecasts by the region.
  • Manage the surveying department and be comfortable with recruiting, training, and developing all levels of the commercial team.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a similar role or as a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, claims and dispute resolution.
