The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Fixed Term Contract - 12 months with potential further extension. We are currently looking to recruit a Social Value Coordinator to join Lovell’s South Wales & West region, to work from our Cardiff office.
As our Social Value Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping maximise the social value investment as part of the Cardiff and Vale Partnership Programme social value strategy. Reporting to the Social Value Manager, the candidate will assist the social value team and work with our wide range of delivery partners to ensure community benefits and broader social value commitments are developed.
Acting as first point for residents and surrounding community, you will provide effective liaison between the community and the project team, from pre-start through to completion of project, ensuring information on social value activities is fed back into the Project Team and reported monthly to partners.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience within a similar role and working knowledge of Social Value monitoring frameworks. You will have strong analytical, data interpretation and management skills with excellent organisational and communication skills – verbal and written. You will be confident in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will have the ability to engage well with others and influence a range of key stakeholders with confidence in meeting and working with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds.
