We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead the progression of new build schemes from concept through design to site start. This pivotal role involves managing the full pre-construction process, ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and technical requirements. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, drive value engineering, and secure planning approvals where required.
