A permanent, full-time position (40 hours) has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic Partnership team, covering Yorkshire and Nottingham. Working out of our Nottingham office within a wider delivery team and responsible to the Senior Resident Liaison Officer, the position will deliver a first-class customer experience driving high levels of satisfaction while working on social housing refurbishment contracts.
We are looking for a pro-active and engaging individual who has exceptional communication skills and customer service experience. You will have good administration skills, be comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office, and ideally have some experience with CRM systems. You will be an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes, as well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes.
